SYNTHTOPIA®: INTO THE BIOSPHERE | NFT Drop on Crypto.com | NFT

By participating in the SYNTHTOPIA®: INTO THE BIOSPHERE NFT Drop, you agree to these terms and conditions. Age Requirements: SYNTHTOPIA® is not intended for minors. SYNTHTOPIA® is a community-based ecosystem designed to foster collaborative creativity and engagement among participants. By accessing the experience, you acknowledge that you are at least 18 years old or the legal age in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater. In these Terms and Conditions, “we,” “us,” “our,” or “the Company” refer to the Company, the legal entity managing and representing SYNTHTOPIA®.

Definitions:

“NFT” means a non-fungible token, a unique digital asset secured on a blockchain.

“Digital Content” means SYNTHTOPIA’s digital content sold as NFTs via Crypto.com/NFT.

“Synthesis Reward System” means the proprietary gamified framework by which NFT holders may be recognized with non-financial participation markers (e.g., Loyalty Points, experiential access, or creative unlocks). This system is designed to encourage creative participation and community engagement, not to offer financial value or return.

“Snapshots and Special NFTs” means eligibility or recognition mechanisms used within the Synthesis Reward System. A Snapshot is a recorded moment in time to verify NFT ownership for eligibility purposes; Special NFTs are uniquely numbered tokens in the drop that may carry additional hidden perks. Both are collectible and experiential in nature, offered at the sole discretion of the Company, and must not be interpreted as income-generating mechanisms.

“NFT Sales” means the purchase and resale of Digital Content as NFTs, whether through the Primary Drop (the original sale by the Company on Crypto.com/NFT) or the Secondary Market (resale of NFTs by users on Crypto.com/NFT or other platforms).

“Utilities, Rewards, and Loyalty Points” means any additional benefits, rewards, gifts, airdrops, or features associated with NFT ownership, which are provided at the sole discretion of the Company or an independent third-party administrator. These are symbolic, non-financial acknowledgments of community participation and creative contribution, not guaranteed, and must not be construed as investment instruments, securities, or entitlements. Loyalty Points, in particular, are markers of engagement designed to celebrate participation and unlock creative opportunities such as exclusive content, event access, or platform features. For context only, the current design contemplates that Loyalty Points may be recognized in the future with an allocation of $BIOSYNTH Media Utility Tokens following the Token Generation Event (TGE), at an indicative reference rate of up to 300,000 tokens per Loyalty Point. This example is purely illustrative, does not establish any guarantee, entitlement, or financial expectation, and any potential allocation, ratio, or mechanism will be determined solely by an independent third-party administrator, subject to eligibility, community participation, regulatory requirements, and the official Terms & Conditions.

Purpose and Use of NFTs: The SYNTHTOPIA® Digital Content sold as NFTs through Crypto.com are digital collectibles and artistic assets designed to grant access to a community-based ecosystem for collaborative creativity. They do not represent any ownership, stake, share, or economic interest in the Company, its affiliates, or the Platform. Holders have no right to revenue, distributions, or profits from the Company or Platform. No expectation of value appreciation should influence your purchase.

2. Eligibility

To be eligible for a prize, a collector must:

  • Own at least one SYNTHTOPIA®: INTO THE BIOSPHERE NFT from Crypto.com/NFT.
  • Identify one (or more) of the thirty-four (34) special NFTs.
  • Hold the identified NFT(s) in their Crypto.com/NFT wallet for forty (40) days.
  • Complete the dedicated Google form provided by the SYNTHTOPIA team after the drop, via opening a ticket on SYNTHTOPIA’s Discord channel to verify proof of purchase and ownership and provide the deposit address(es) to receive your prize(s).
  • Both primary and secondary market purchases qualify for eligibility.
  • It is important to note that each NFT is redeemable only once.

      3. Prize Redemption:

The prize will be distributed to the winners' provided crypto wallet addresses within forty (40) days after we receive payment from the marketplace following the end of the event. Winning NFTs are claimable 40 days after the drop completion.

Prize Currency and Payout Method: All monetary prizes described in these Terms and Conditions are denominated in United States Dollars (USD). Payouts, however, will be executed in the form of CRO. The CRO amount to be distributed will be calculated at the time of distribution, based on the prevailing USD/CRO exchange rate as reflected by the average closing price on major cryptocurrency exchanges that day. Winners will receive CRO rewards as part of the Synthesis Rewards System. These prizes are administered and distributed solely by an independent third-party entity. Distribution timelines, eligibility, and fulfillment mechanics are determined exclusively by that entity, subject to availability, engagement requirements, and the official Terms & Conditions. The Company has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the distribution process, timing, or mechanics of CRO rewards. No representation or guarantee is made regarding the value, future tradability, or financial return of any CRO rewards. All CRO distributions are provided strictly as non-financial participation incentives. All rewards are approximate values in $CRO at the time of distribution. Actual value may fluctuate based on market conditions. Rewards are non-transferable except as otherwise provided herein.

This campaign is structured as a community-driven gamification mechanic, designed for entertainment, mystery, and artistic engagement. LOYALTY POINT CONVERSION

While loyalty points may be converted to $BIOSYNTH Tokens post-TGE, such conversion is discretionary and not automatic. Points have no cash value, resale value, or exchange guarantee. Any future exchange mechanism will be optional, creative, and symbolic, not a promise of return. Token Recognition Modeling (Illustrative; Not an Offer).
